What data we process

Name, phone, email, date, time, party size and booking language. We don't ask for health data: tell us about allergies by phone or when you arrive.

Why

To manage your booking, send you the confirmation and tell you about any changes. We don't send marketing, make automated decisions or build profiles.

Legal basis

Performing the booking you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Do you have to give us your data?

Yes, to book online: without your name, phone and email we can't confirm or manage the booking. If you'd rather not give them here, you can book by phone.

How long

Up to 12 months after the booking date, in case either of us needs to make a claim; then they are deleted.

Who else processes it

These providers process your data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:

• Vercel Inc. (US): website hosting and operation. The functions that receive your booking run in Frankfurt, but Vercel is a US company and may process data there.
• Neon Inc.: the database where your booking is stored, hosted in Frankfurt (Germany).
• Resend (US): sending confirmation emails. It stores delivery data (recipient and delivery logs) in the US.

Transfers to the US: Vercel and Resend are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as ensuring an adequate level of protection, and their processing agreements also include the Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to EJEMPLO privacidad@ejemplo.com. If you think we haven't respected them, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This site sets no cookies or tracking technologies, neither its own nor third-party ones. Only if you use “My selection” on the menu, your list of dishes is kept in your own browser for 12 hours so you do not lose it: it does not reach us and is not sent to anyone, and “Clear” deletes it. As it is needed for what you ask for, it needs no consent; that is why we show no cookie notice.
